Availability and Booking Requests

Note: All indoor activities including Sports hall must conform to Government advisory on 2 meter distance rule.

The Butler Community Centre has moved its booking system on-line through the Bookapitch platform. We are using the Bookapitch system for all Centre booking requests including Rooms, Hall and Pitches.  Payments must be made by card at reception before commencement of the booking.

Customers may register on-line with Bookapitch  or view availability and complete the registration form when prompted when making a booking request.

  1. Unregistered customers will be prompted to fill out a registration form and registered customers will be prompted to log in during the booking request process

  2. The completed request will be reviewed by Centre staff and either accepted, rejected or more information may be required.

  3. The customer will receive an email through the bookapitch platform of acceptance or rejection or an email or phone call from the Centre requiring additional information.
